Join us in the Synchronicity kitchen as we prepare a variety of soups to keep you warm during the winter months. Soups are a great way to feed a big family or just one or two people as they can be frozen in batches to enjoy later. Having soup on hand makes for easy meal assembly during a busy week. Class will be led by Michelle Harris, yoga instructor and IIN graduate and Lauren Zimmerman, registered dietitian.
