Do Hard Things Challenge Level 1 & 2

The Sync Do Hard Things Challenge is a community-based program where participants complete multiple challenges across the four cornerstones of wellness. The challenges are designed to test the limits of your mind and lead you to greater strength, resilience, and fulfillment. Together, we will take 30 days to challenge ourselves to improve our mental and emotional wellbeing, connections and purpose, health and nutrition practices, and movement and rest habits.

Challenge Runs: January 17 – February 15

This year, there are two versions of the challenge.

Level 1– If you have not previously participated in our Do Hard Things Challenge, or are just starting your wellness journey, this version is for you.

Level 2 – If you have previously participated in our Do Hard Things Challenge, or you’re deeply entrenched in your current wellness program and want to push your limits in 2023, this version is the one for you.

For either Level, if you complete 15 or more total points and acquire points from all four cornerstones during the 30 days, you will be entered into a raffle to win one of the following prizes.

  • 1-month unlimited membership at Synchronicity
  • Massage at Charleston Place
  • Dinner at Charleston Grille
  • 2 Tickets to Credit One Charleston Open

What’s Included:

  1. Entry into the “Do Hard Things” Challenge competition and post challenge raffle
  2. Unlimited access to cold pool plunges, compression therapy, and outdoor steam sauna for the duration of the challenge
  3. Participation in specialized programming including:
  4. Participation in a daily text support group
  5. Celebratory Cookout on Thursday, February 16 from 5:30 – 7 p.m.

Why Register: New Year’s resolutions are mostly narrow, ineffective, boring attempts to create behavioral changes that positively impact our health and well-being.  In contrast, the Do Hard Things challenge offers participants a chance to accomplish an exciting, highly effective, diverse array of health behavior changes in only 30 days.  Most New Year’s resolutions have already failed by the beginning of February.  Do Hard Things Challenge participants, on the other hand, will have already accomplished more beneficial health and wellness changes than most people will during all of 2023.
