With partnerships all over the low country and a penchant for doing new things, you’ll have numerous opportunities to gather with other Sync members for a wide array of various well-being events.
These experiences are designed by our in-house mindbody experts for deep relaxation, a centered mind, and a calm spirit. From sound baths, to group mindfulness programs, to the evidence based Heartmath resiliency training program, these experiences create the groundwork for healing and growth.
Be prepared to take your heart and soul to new heights as you join with the Sync team and community members to benefit the greater good. Four times per year Sync organizes volunteer opportunities to participate with some of the greatest charitable organizations in the area.
Break out of your stale routine and connect with other members and guests to challenge yourself physically and mentally. Sync physical challenges take place on and off the Sync campus and offer incredible ways to push your limits and break free from limiting thoughts.
