These energy-cultivating practices help individuals become more present by bringing the mind, the breath and body into balanced rhythm.

Helen has trained and received certifications in a variety of well-being modalities, with her first certification through the Omega Institute in 2000 for Interdisciplinary Yoga Instructor. She has taught of 7000 classes in her career and uses her expertise to bring a unique experience in this experiential workshop.
