Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or dull, which is why Chef Michael, owner of The Drifter and Chef de Cuisine at Charleston Grille, Lauren Zimmerman, Registered Dietitian at Synchronicity, and South Carolina Federal Credit Union, are teaming up to bring you a live virtual cook-along experience that you and the whole family can join in from the comfort of your own kitchen. Learn from the experts how making a local, whole-food meal from home can be quick, easy, and fun.
This interactive experience will be held via Zoom and all proceeds will go to support local charity, My Sister’s House, in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness month.
Grab your cutting board, an apron, and (maybe) a bottle of wine and we look forward to “seeing” you on the Zoom.
When: Wednesday, October 28th
Time: 6:00 to 7:00 PM
Itemized grocery list will be sent out 1 week prior to cooking class
