The Cleanse that Works

The 2-night weekend retreat, beginning February 1st, will kick-off a 21-day nutrition cleanse using the scientifically proven functional medicine Elimination Diet, led by Shani Bachar RD, LD, to remove energy draining foods from your diet and heal your body and mind from the inside out.  You will also be introduced to a body-changing fitness program led by special guest Sarah Finn Frick, owner and founder of The Works- A Sweat Studio.

The kick-off for the cleanse is a relaxing and immersive weekend at The Sanctuary, on Kiawah Island, where attendees will be provided with everything they need to succeed.

But don’t worry... Rugged Maniac is more than just a mud run. When you cross that finish line you’ll have the opportunity to celebrate this massive feat with other Sync members (and some well-deserved beers)!
