This class will have 30 minutes of moving meditation which will include Chi Qong/Tai Chi and gentle, slow, flowing yoga followed by 20 minutes of still meditation with sound bath. Various sound bath experiences will be shared from class to class from alpha wavelength inducing recordings to live playing of singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks. This class will help balance and restore your energy for the rest of the day!
This class will use balls and straps as props to help release fascia and stretch muscle groups throughout your body. This class will support the relieving of constricted, tension-filled areas while expanding range of movement, energy, and ultimately, optimal body performance. When the body has better movement capacity, energy flow and balance, so does the mind. Recharge for your day with this one-hour class experience.
