Friday 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Feel the burn in this heated, 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and core work that will leave you feeling strong and empowered. All movements are scalable, making this workout accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering an effective, sweat-driven challenge. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.
