Strength classes at Modern Minds combine functional movement, weighted resistance training and purposeful cardio. These classes build strength and endurance to support everyday movement, with space for breath, recovery and growth.
Monday 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Wednesday 7:30-8:15 a.m.
Sweat out your stress as you build strength and stamina in this 45-minute heated class. This workout integrates full-body sculpting with light weights and bodyweight alongside energizing cardio bursts. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)
Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled start time will forfeit a class pack credit or drop-in fee.
