Thursday 8-8:45 a.m.
Link your movement to your breath in this all-levels, 45-minute heated yoga flow class. This class will leave you feeling both energized and grounded. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)

Slow down and restore with Yin Yoga, an all-levels practice focused on stillness and
release. Through passive, long-held poses, Yin gently stretches the body, supports joint health and cultivates deep relaxation. Using props for comfort and support, this practice balances the busyness of everyday life and complements more active styles of movement like Vinyasa. Expect to leave feeling calm, refreshed and more at ease.
