Wednesday 6-6:30 p.m.
Sink into your body in this restorative, 30-minute heated deep stretch class. This mid-week class is the perfect opportunity to pause and recenter yourself before intentionally moving into the second half of the week. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel, towel/ athletic clothing for cold plunge.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled start time will forfeit a class pack credit or drop-in fee.
