COVID Protocols

It is an honor to be able to provide a place of physical and mental recharging for the community, especially in uncertain and stressful times.

At Sync, your health is our top priority. Our staff is following the CDC Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection Recommendations to ensure the entire environment is sterile. Read below for all of the other precautions we’re taking:

– Super low capacity: Including employees. The max amount of clients and staff in our building at one time is 8 people in our 4,000 square foot space. That’s 500 square feet per person.

– We sanitize all high-touch surfaces such as: doorknobs, handles, tables, etc. throughout the day and specifically in-between appointments.

– We’re only offering 1 client per service at a time to ensure social distancing measures of 6-feet.

– Mandatory masks for everyone inside the space. We have extra masks to provide.

– Provided hand sanitizer for customers and employees throughout the building.

– Contactless checkout and check-in.

– Recharging Amenities are always cleaned and sanitized between each session and we will continue to do so.

In addition to our cleaning, here’s why Cryo & Sauna are safe environments:

– For Cryo, the gear is all washed after every session so you’ll be putting on freshly washed gloves, socks, and facemask.

– For Sauna, we’re sanitizing all the surfaces in between appointments. The high heat of 140 degrees is also inhospitable for viruses.
