Each month we feature a variety of fitness and mindful movement classes that introduce ways to move your body and focus your mind. All with the goal to increase awareness of the importance of mind-body health.

Weekly Movement Classes

Flexibility and Mobility Class

  • Every Monday from 5:30 – 6:15 p.m

    Every Wednesday from 9:15 – 10 a.m.

    This 45-minute guided flexibility class incorporates blocks, bolsters, and straps to facilitate static stretches and improve full-body flexibility and mobility. All supplies are provided and the option for hands-on assistance will be provided.

Vinyasa Yoga

  • Every Tuesday from 6 – 6:45 a.m.

    This is an all-levels yoga class that coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. You can expect traditional yoga poses to be smartly and creatively sequenced to provide for a different flow and experience that over time can help increase flexibility (both in the body and the mind).

All Levels Zumba

  • Every Tuesday from 6 – 6:45 p.m.

    A workout for every body and everybody, join us at Synchronicity with licensed Zumba instructor, Stephanie Robinson, for an all-levels 45-minute Zumba class. Whether it’s your first time trying Zumba or you’re a Zumba extraordinaire, Stephanie’s expertise and instruction will have you working up a sweat as she leads you through coordinated movements inspired by the rhythms and dances of the world.


  • Every Wednesday from 5 – 6 p.m. & 6 – 7 p.m.

    Come discover the joys of pickleball at LTP Mount Pleasant every Wednesday evening for low-stakes, two-on-two pickup matches. No experience required and all supplies are provided. We recommend wearing athletic clothing and supportive footwear.

    *Class is limited to first 8 participants.

GORUCK Group Workouts

  • Every Thursday from 6 – 6:45 a.m.

    At Synchronicity, we’re excited to begin hosting a weekly workout meetup utilizing the GORUCK “Tribe ‘N Training” (TNT) model. The GORUCK Tribe ‘N Training program brings organization and inspiration to those who choose the harder path. GORUCK simply defines the TNT program as:


    Both GORUCK and Synchronicity believe an active life is a healthy life and this unites us all. The premise of the group workouts is simple; push boundaries (especially the ones you have in your own mind), get stronger one step and one rep at a time, and spend quality time with friends outside.

    The workouts are completed together, outdoors, *utilizing RUCK gear, and are simple, but not easy. We look forward to seeing you at the next meetup.

    *GORUCK Gear is not provided. However, it is also not necessary. Participants are encouraged to purchase their own gear and bring to class.


  • Every Friday from 9:15 – 10:00 a.m.

    This 45-minute guided class will begin with a gentle yoga warm up to wake up your body and become more aware of optimal alignment. We then move into a low-impact HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sequence that will change every class. The intensity is completely guided by you and modifications are available and demonstrated for all exercises to make this your own! No additional equipment or sneakers required for this class.
