Sync’s Do Hard Things Challenge: A Program to Empower Mental and Emotional Wellbeing and Build a More Resilient Community – Together.
The Sync Do Hard Things Challenge is a community-based program where participants complete multiple challenges across key domains of wellness designed to foster greater strength, resilience and fulfillment. During the month of February, we will challenge ourselves to live a more intentional life by creating positive wellness habits, taking on mental and emotional challenges, and completing decisive actions to promote growth. Through willing exposure to these challenges, individual participants will uncover more of their own unique potential and together, we will build a more resilient community.
Who should participate? Anyone interested in applying science-informed strategies to build their resilience and improve their lives and the lives of those they love.
