Healthy habits are the best way to prevent disease and live better, but in the chaos of a woman’s daily life, healthy living may take that back seat to caregiving, work, chores and managing busy schedules.  

Join the Synchronicity community on Saturday, March 25 for an open discussion on women’s health with our incredible medical panel. Together, they will share their most common questions as well as tips, tricks, and solutions for maintaining physical and mental health as we age.  

*The session is free to attend but is limited to the first 60 participants.
