Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies Can Reset the Clock on Aging

Nutrition and lifestyle habits that promote a healthy gut and strong mind-body connection are linked with a reduction in cognitive decline. Join Carla Johnston, Wellness Navigator and nutrition expert with Modern Minds for an energizing health talk.

Learn how you can create a personalized plan to support the health of your mind and body. This talk will focus on gut/brain communication, nutrition, physical movement and social connection and how when we get that right you’ll see improvements in sleep, mood, energy and wellness. We’ll also do a deep dive into the importance of micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, hydration and mindful practices.
