This 12-week program prepares you for the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run with weekly meetups, warm-ups, structured runs scaled to your level, and motivational support. The 12-week training plan will begin on January 15 and conclude with a celebration run and awards meetup on April 9, following the completion of the Bridge on April 5.
The Bridge Run Training group is inclusive and supportive, welcoming runners and nonrunners of all ages and experience levels.
