Dr. Kay Durst

Dr. Kay Durst is part of the Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care team. Dr. Durst earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her residency at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Medical Center (Florida).

A third-generation family medicine doctor and Dr. Durst works at the practice started by her grandfather 80 years ago. Following her father and grandfather’s examples, Dr. Durst teaches patients about their conditions and offers tools to help them develop good health in all areas of their lives.

When she isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Durst volunteers with various community organizations, including the March of Dimes, Bee Brave Buddies and the Roper St. Francis Foundation. She also enjoys gardening, sailing, photography and playing the piano.
