At each Wellness in Action meet-up, you can expect to connect with other wellness enthusiasts over a topic grounded in the 4 cornerstones of wellness: nutrition and hydration, physical movement, rest and recharge, and connection and purpose. Each 45 minute session will always incorporate physical movement, such as stretching, breathwork or progressive muscle relaxation.
