Quick & Healthy Overnight Oats Recipe

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (almond, coconut, soy, etc)
  • Maple syrup
  • Nut butter
  • Seeds (chia, flax, hemp, etc)
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Frozen or fresh berries
