“Is Synchronicity the right fit for me?”

We hear this all the time.

Many people are used to working with a personal trainer or being a member of a gym, health club, or fitness studio.  Many of those same people get apprehensive at the thought of having an accountability coach or going to a place where people talk about things like growth, connection, or measuring progress and outcomes.

At Synchronicity we know that to create the lives we want, we need to be able to dive into these topics head on.  So, we thought it would be helpful to break down three of the primary components of what makes a Sync Member truly unique.

1. Synchronicity members are incredibly courageous.

Sync members seek to get MORE from their lives by consistently taking ACTION toward creating the lives they want.  Taking action requires incredible courage because we must be vulnerable enough with ourselves and others to stand up and declare that we want something more, want to hold ourselves to a higher standard, and ultimately, be willing to risk failing in pursuing what is important to us.

2. Synchronicity members are relentlessly open.

Being closed off to other ideas and thoughts is not strength, it is fragility.  Having the courage to be open enough to listen to others, to allow others to disagree or disapprove, and yet to actively pursue what is important to us is the definition of courageously open. 

In this tribe we don’t have to agree all the time, but we do practice being open with ourselves and each other. Being open allows us to assess where we are currently and continue to learn and grow.  We strive to develop acceptance, continuous personal growth, and connection by building a community that lifts and supports each other in both struggle and success.

It takes courage to stand up and be open enough to hear what someone else has to say – but the growth that results is a treasure that is both lasting & liberating.

3. Synchronicity members tackle all areas of well-being…not just fitness and nutrition.

Synchronicity members understand the power of using ALL areas of well-being to help them be at their best.  Fitness and nutrition are vital components of our health, but they are not the only components of well-being.  Our members know that by tapping into a holistic model of well-being and being surrounded with a like-minded community, they can fully optimize their lives.
